Care Family

Care Family includes the caregivers and support systems of young adults affected by catastrophic illness. Elevating the aspirations and outlook of caregivers is critical, and Care Family supports the supporters with a network of other families managing similar circumstances.

Care Family weekends provide two-day conferences for young people that have suffered significant, debilitating loss as a result of their diagnoses and the care providers that help to facilitate their day-to-day living. Long-term care professionals, financial advisors and other support professionals provide resources to the care providers while they share best practices with one another. Care Family is delivered in partnership with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
